Type EPM20- extremely efficient
The EPM20 is an extremely efficient fully automatic production plant whichs is easily adapted to any fully automatic production line, both as to design as well as capacity.
The substrate pot machine is placed in upright position which makes it possible to use alternative growing media such as perlite, rock wool, or seagrass.
Changing the magazine enables the grower to operate with various tray types and diametre in the machine and the variable patterns in which the pots are filled into the trays allows the grower to meet any spacing requirements in the following operations.
The pre-dippling device, which is optional, is an advantage for weak cuttings. A newly developed watering device makes it possible to add hot/cold/fertilized water in the growing medium thus allowing the grower to use the pots right after production.
The EPM20 is available in standard-sized diametre from 10-80 with stepless adjustable height from 15-60 mm (with special tools up to 200 mm). Capacity up to 19,000 pots per hour.
Like other fully automatic machines in our range the EPM20 is equipped with electronic controls which stop the machine when the trays are full or in case of any malfuntion. This enables one person to operate 2-3 machines simultaneously. | | VIDEO | DRAWING
