This fully automatic substrate pot machine produces the substratepots through our well-known world patented system.
The system handles the peat so gently that the airy and fragile structure is maintained throughout the production cycle to the finished pot.
The machine has a high capacity with up to 40,000 pots per hour depending on the size of the pot and number of pots per tray. The machine is manufactured in standard sized pots in one diameter from 10-80 mm. The height is steplessly adjustable and the machine can be set to pre-dippling of planting holes with adjustable depth.
The pattern in which the pots are placed in the trays is variable in order to adapt to the individual plant.
The machine has a high operational reliability due to a low hace per minute as well as a low energy consumption per pot.
The machine can adapt to the customer's own tray and the construction of the machine makes it particularly suited to be constructed into fully automatic production lines.
Additional equipment such as PLC controlled tray de-stacker and stacker can be profitably attached to the machine.
